During the long hot summer, why not check out our large selection of new e-books. You can find them in the library catalog using limit to “e-books” or search directly in ebrary. Remember that you will need to log in with your SHU ID and password to access e-books off campus. Single chapters or page ranges for most ebrary books can now be downloaded onto ipads, kindle fires and many other devices.

The National Academies Press is offering more than 4,000 titles in PDF format. All of these PDFs can be downloaded for free by the chapter or the entire book.
Just in time for spring semester, we have added over 60 new e-books to the library’s ebrary collection. In addition to our extensive collection of business e-books, we now have a growing collection of science, nursing, and health science books.
