i. Motion: A motion to suspend the by-laws in order to approve the revised Lecturer Line without a first reading.
*Vote: Approved unanimously by voice vote.
ii. Motion: A motion to approve the revised 3.5 Lecturer Line.
*Vote on the main motion by secret ballot: 20 yeas, 5 nays, and 7 abstentions. The motion needed a 2/3 majority and failed.
