Salary Review

As you may recall, there was a salary study completed in 2015 by Sibson Consulting. At that time, the Provost’s Office agreed to raise all faculty salaries to 80% of study medians by discipline and rank. The following year, they agreed to raise salaries to 81%. The Compensation and Welfare Committee of the Faculty Senate has receive queries from faculty about how they might know if their current base salary meets this standard. We have created an Excel tool to make this easy for faculty to determine. However, since we can only post PDFs to this website, the Excel document is in the Faculty Senate Bb course.
