Trump’s plans for the “Riveria of the Middle East” echoes a heartbreaking era of Palestinian history and fundamentally threatens the international order.

International Law and the War in Gaza 

On October 22, the Middle Eastern & North African Studies Program and the Department of History hosted a talk by Professor Jonathan Hafetz of the Seton Hall University School of Law that explored the legal issues surrounding Israel’s ongoing war on Gaza.
