Seton Hall University is proud to announce the formation of Cohort 20 of its nationally acclaimed online MA degree program.  This 22-month, express program is celebrating its first score, or 2 decade, anniversary of producing education leaders through a highly respected and NCATE acclaimed online program. Well over 500 students have graduated from this program and many are serving as K-12 administrators across the metropolitan area and nationwide. Utilizing a renowned faculty of SHU professors and K-12 practitioners, this online program of 39 credits, which includes a 300-hour internship, meets or exceeds requirements in almost all states for certification as K-12 administrators. The certifications prepare you to hold supervisor, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent, director and superintendent positions. Eligibility for the praxis and other state tests are provided through the rigors of the program.

The anniversary celebration will be highlighted by testimonials coming in from former graduates of this illustrious program. SHU’s basketball team helped to celebrate with a remarkable win over Villanova University. Wow, it doesn’t get any better than that!

Requirements for this prestigious program include a bachelor’s degree, three letters of professional recommendation, an interview, a writing sample and a desire to be an educational leader. One of the major reasons for the success of this unique quality program is the cost. The tuition is only $25,150, which includes two residencies held at the Newark Airport Hilton where students meet at the beginning of the program and at the midway point of the program — both being in July — when teachers are available for a full weekend of activities and coursework.
