Contemplative Community Week: March 29 Events

9:30 – 10 a.m. Ignatian meditation 
Location: Jubilee Hall 132
Join Sr. Immaculata of the Community of St. John for this meditation following the unique method developed by the 16th century spiritual master, St. Ignatius of Loyola. This guided meditation will be a simple and accessible introduction to contemplation in the Ignatian tradition.

12 – 12:45 p.m. Using Technology Mindfully

Learn tips and benefits of using technology more mindfully with Dr. Ruth Tsuria of the College of Communication and the Arts. This event will be recorded and made available on this page the following week.

4 – 5 p.m. Guided Yoga Exercise
Location: Fahy Hall 307
Enjoy this yoga session with Education instructor Sakina Williams. Participants should bring their own yoga mat.
