Mermaid Vibes

Over the weekend I attended the birthday party of the most precious little girl. It was her first birthday party and it was mermaid themed. Since I do not own a mermaid tail and seashell bra, I resorted to makeup to bring in the mermaid vibes. I used my Morphe palettes with wet and dry brushes to get the makeup to pop. Since not everyone may have these specific palettes, I will briefly describe the types of colors I used. I used mostly matte purples and shimmery golds but originally started with blues and teals. First I would always start with a transition color which is usually a light matte brown shade in the crease. Than just started blending. There was no real direction with this look, I just started putting down shades and blending.
