BBQ Chicken and Grilled Veggies

Grilling is easily one of my favorite summertime activities. Being able to facilitate the ingredients and man the grill is something I hold near and dear to my heart. Grilling is a way for me to share my love with my friends and family, all while unwinding from a long week. This past weekend, I got the chance to grill out with my best friend Arlina, her brother, and the rest of her cousins. Her parents are in Albania visiting family, and my family is back in Maryland, so it was a nice way to spend a mother-less Mother’s day!
