Ernest-Ogbozor picErnest Ogbozor is a PhD researcher at the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution, George Mason University Arlington, Virginia. Ernest has vast professional experience in teaching, research and practice of conflict resolution with academic, international humanitarian and development organizations. He was a Ford Foundation Fellow at the Brandeis University from 2010 to 2012. He taught economics for development professionals, project planning & management and introduction to conflict analysis and resolution at the Brandeis and George Mason University. Ernest worked as co-principal investigator for a research project on system mapping of Nigeria for the Omidyar Network. He also worked as Cooperation Officer for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Geneva, and Prisoners Rehabilitation and Welfare Action (PRAWA/Nigeria). Ernest research interest focuses on conflict, security and development; he is currently exploring protection of civilians affected by armed conflict in northern Nigeria in his PhD program. Ernest has an MA in Sustainable International Development, MBA in International Business Management (IBM) and BS degree in Agricultural Economics.
