As a mentee of the Stillman Mentorship Program we expect students to come in with an open mind. Our executive board and mentors have been preparing for this program for months and your motivation and cooperation is essential!
Mentees will need to meet with their mentors at desired times, and find the best form of communication with their mentors. The most important part of the mentee/mentor relationship is communication!
Mentees will be asked to complete a few tasks just to help prepare you for your next four years at SHU. Completing these workshops and tasks are only to benefit you in the long run, and of course mentors will be there to help and guide you along the way.
Last but not least, always treat each other with respect and kindness. Most importantly, your mentor is your friend! Feel free to contact them regarding any questions, comments or concerns you may have!
