TikTok users are saying a group of men has declared April 24 a “national day” for rape and assault. He made it clear he wouldn’t be reluctant to do it again with regards to the April 24th TikTok pattern: “If I hear anything about this from you as a joke or otherwise, I’m going to find you and hand over your personal information to everyone you know and love, and the FBI.”
