We’ve noticed a spate of lost-password requests lately. There are a few things you should know.
The vast majority of user accounts here use your PirateNet credentials, the very same ones you use to log into Blackboard or Outlook. Just use that and you’re in.
If you have an account that does not use PirateNet, you’ll have to have access to the email account that was used when the account was set up. That wouldn’t be your @shu.edu account.
The password-reset link should work, but sometimes the responses are lost in spam folders or email blacklists.
