The Diplomacy United Leadership and Communication Exchange (DULCE) serves as the ideal forum for leadership development, facilitating interaction between diplomacy students and the dean, faculty, and staff of the School of Diplomacy. Open to all diplomacy students, both graduate and undergraduate, DULCE seeks to promote monthly dialogue spanning a wide range of topics relevant to the diplomacy community with the objective of strengthening the school as a whole. DULCE enables this goal by providing an outlet for all constituencies of the School of Diplomacy to work collaboratively and share feedback on school policies, events, professional development and more, expediting the transfer of expertise and ideas between club members, organizations, students, and faculty in the process. Thus, given the unique format and mission of DULCE, the organization serves as the perfect nexus for diplomacy students to engage with one another and the School of Diplomacy administration to chart a collective path forward that ensures that the School of Diplomacy lives up to its full potential by equipping students with the expansive array of skills and opportunities they need to succeed in their careers and in life.
