University Center 201
So many are experiencing complicated emotions as a result of recent and current events. This “grieve-in” is a space to come together as a community, a space to share our shared trauma, grief, pain, fear, anger, and helplessness. The goal is to promote community and compassion. The session will be led by trained facilitators and will be based on the principles of contemplative practice. This event is open to faculty, staff, and administrators. Light refreshments will be served.
