SHU Meditates – Weekly starting 9/12

Faculty, staff, and administrators are invited to help relieve stress and anxiety with a brief guided meditation session led by an experienced instructor. Sessions are held virtually on Thursdays, 12:30-1:00 p.m., in Teams.
