This second event of the spring semester in the Diversity Film Series will be a showing of The Second Mother (2015, Brazil). The film examines the life of a live-in housekeeper and her relations with both her own family and the family she works for. The showing of the film in Teams will be followed by a discussion led by Dr. Vanessa May, Assoc. Prof of History, and Dr. Kirsten Schultz, Assoc. Prof of History.
