Pros: This book has beautiful artwork. It is a soothing read, and all the character are supportive of each other. This is a story about friendship and kindness.
Cons: Don’t expect a fast-moving plot or a lot of conflict. This is a very gentle read.

Currently reading “I was Told it Would get Easier” by Abbi Waxman, thus far I love it! I have not been able to put it down because it is such a light hearted yet impactful novel. It is about a successful lawyer who works at a prestige law firm in Los Angeles, California. The book is her uphill battle of raising her teenage daughter. It is quite comical so if you like books about real life or easy going topics this one is a must.
