Wonderful poster and discussion, Ariana. (a topic near and dear to my heart). Great discussion of racism in the child welfare system, on all levels of service and interventions. Also, important to acknowledge the racism prevalent in the collateral systems with which the Child Welfare system interacts. (Justice system, treatment, domestic violence, education etc.) Good suggestions for social worker to be involved on all level. Great job.
