Hi Michelle your poster was well written and provided clear details that differentiate state and federal prisons. I am curious how privately own prisons compare to state and federal, and if they offer rehabilitation programs as well. I am also wondering how a case is decided if the defendant would be tried at a federal or state prison, other than what you mentioned on your board. I also wonder if funding includes therapy or social work intervention at either the state or federal level. Your statistics were well chosen and demonstrate the disparity between the number of people incarcerated at the different prisons.
