Hi Ms. Carter, thank you for your presentation. I thought it was very important for this issue to be addressed and the organization of this presentation was very well done. Also, it is impressing that four states were able to eradicate chronic homelessness with the help of the Housing First program! If I may ask, which states were able to do so?
Hi Ms. Carter, your presentation was very well organized and I am glad to see this issue addressed so well. It is so impressing to hear how four states were able to eliminate chronic homelessness with the help of the Housing First program. I hope that in the future more funding could at least be relocated to this program so there is hope to eliminate the issue altogether.
