Roxanne Sabatini, PhD, MSN, RN, NPD-BC is a doctoral graduate of Capella University College of Education in the specialization of Nursing Education. She graduated from Drexel University MSN program and University of Delaware BSN program. Roxanne is the current program director for an ANCC accredited nurse residency program and a nurse educator at Morristown Medical Center. Her interest in novice nurses’ communication led to the exploration of the dissertation research topic. Roxanne is a past clinical faculty for Rutgers University ABSN program. She is a current adjunct faculty for Caldwell University MSN Program in Population Health.
