Keep a record of your daily life and thoughts, as well as your hopes and hardships during the time of COVID-19. “Stress in the Time of COVID-19: A Guided Journal” contains a collection of creative prompts to record and reflect on your individual experiences and perspectives during this unprecedented time.

Social Media Interactives

On the Social Media page, we discussed the popular interactive challenges that are seen on many different social platforms.   One of the main platforms is Instagram!  Through these Instagram Story Activities, you can share your experiences and connect with your friends.

  • The Self-Care Bingo shows the many different ways you can check in with yourself based on the Self-Care page.  Not only can it be used as an activity, but it can be saved and used as a personal check-list, which you can continuously reference for self-care advice.
  • Never Have I Ever (Social Media Edition) shows the various humorous aspects of social media that we might have come across or possibly engaged with during quarantine. (I know I've definitely seen an Onion article recently and thought "Wow, are we sure that's not real?")
  • The Sticker Story activity allows you to plan for the future using the Sticker library on instagram.  Personally, I'd use an airplane, a fresh set of nails, and a TJ Maxx shopping bag.
