Our Investments
Our Student Managed Investment Fund is an equity, long only fund. We are bench marked on the S&P 500 index. The capital we invest is a part of the Seton Hall University Endowment, ad we report our results to the Board of Regents biannually.
Past Performance: 2017
The SMIF returned 20.41% in 2017, beating its S&P 500 benchmark by 168bps. The S&P 500 returned 18.74% in 2017.
