| Student Services Generalist
Responsible for assisting the coordination of opportunities for leadership development. Encourages the development of student groups with extracurricular and co-curricular student engagement programs via student activities, civic engagement, leadership development, student conferences, and cultural events. Assist with student engagement and involvement, coordinating and implementing activities in relation to student clubs, organizations, Athletics, and student related special events, programs, activities, and recognition and awards programs. The Generalist needs to be well versed in all student service areas of the college. Assists in developing programs to address student retention goals and student workshops. Assists in fostering an environment that supports and encourages graduation.
