Professor Emeritus of Political Theory, College of the Ozarks, professor emeritus of political science at the College of the Ozarks, was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. He came to the United States in 1961 to attend college and moved to the Ozarks in 1970 to teach. He has served as a consultant with the Fetzer Institute’s Advisory Council on Governing Professions.
