Keesha Chavis, doctoral student, was promoted to Assistant Vice President for Talent Management at Montclair State University.  Read more about Keesha’s promotion at  Montclair State University.

Dr. Robert Kelchen contributed a book chapter: Goldrick-Rab, S., & Kelchen, R. (2015). Making Sense of Loan Aversion: Evidence from Wisconsin. In K. Hollenbeck & B. Hershbein (Eds.), Student Loans and the Dynamics of Debt (307-371). Kalamazoo, MI: W. E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research.

Dr. Eunyoung Kim published an article: Kim, E. (2014). Bicultural socialization experiences of Black immigrant students at a predominantly White institution. The Journal of Negro Education, 83(4), 583-597.

Dr. Kristen Koehler presented a paper she contributed to at the 2015 Eastern Economic Association Conference in New York City in March.  Entitled “The Marketing of P.O.W.E.R: An Innovative Approach to Student Recruitment and Performance Enhancement,” the paper discusses the use of a Progressive Oral and Written Evaluation Ranking rubric to ensure undergraduate and graduate students enter the workforce prepared with the communication skills employers are looking for, and its function as a recruitment tool.

Kelly O’Neil, doctoral student, accepted a new position as the Assistant Commissioner of the  BIG EAST Conference for Community and Academic Initiatives.
