The Arts Writers Grants Program supports writers whose work addresses contemporary visual art (visual art created after World War II). Work in adjacent fields (architecture, design, film, theater, sound) will only be considered if they directly and significantly engage the discourses and concerns of contemporary visual art. The program supports the following five project types: books, blogs, articles, new and alternative media and short-form writing. Grants range from $3,000 to $50,000, depending on the scope and range of the project. Applications can be submitted between April 10 and May 15. For more information, see the link below:
