The U.S. Institute of Peace’s (USIP) Annual Grant Competition funds innovative peacebuilding projects that prevent, manage or resolve violent conflict and promote post-conflict peacebuilding outside of U.S. borders. Topics can include, but are not limited to:
- Religion and peacemaking
- Media and conflict
- Postconflict peace and stability operations
- Social, psychological and physical impacts of war and conflict
- Mediation and conflict resolution
- Rule of law and transitional justice
