San Francisco College for Women (Lone Mountain): Library: This postcard shows the interior of the College’s library. Reverend Mother Rosalie Hill agreed to make building the library a priority at the request of Monsignor Joseph M. Gleason. He required the library building as a condition in donating his valuable rare book collection to the College.  Mother Genevieve Clarke served as the librarian here.
