“Defensive scheduling” is a strategy for blocking out/protecting time in your schedule, consciously building in time to rest, to transition, to work on specific things, and so on. In this session, three adopters of “defensive scheduling” will discuss the strategies they use, as well as the personal challenges of sticking to a schedule that protects time for you.
