Congratulations To One Of Our Own

Nicholas Luciano, class of 2015, was the award recipient of the John P. Deehan Scholarship for the second year in a row on September 13, 2013. He was honored for his essay on advice to the freshman. He encouraged the freshman in his writing to not be afraid to ask questions as well as to seek help from the upperclassmen whenever necessary. He also advised the Stillman School of Business to have a mentoring program where freshman would be paired with upperclassmen in order to teach them about all of the opportunities of Seton Hall University and to guide them along their path to success. Additionally, Nicholas recommended that the freshman explore all of the areas of not only the business school but also the university to make sure their education is never limited to only one major. He encouraged them to take up other minors and certificates in areas of interest to them during their four year journey towards a degree. Congratulations again to Nicholas on representing Leadership at its highest level.
