Secretary-General Ant\u00f3nio Guterres reiterated his call to action, underlying that \u201cclimate change is moving faster than our efforts to address it.\u201d He said that it is important to tackle climate change with \u201cmuch greater ambition.\u201d He called on leaders attending the climate Summit in September to come with a plan instead of a speech.
