Professor Hugh Dugan, former U.S. delegate to the United Nations and Adjunct Professor at the School of Diplomacy and International Relations, Seton Hall University, was joined by\u00a0Prof. Austin from the\u00a0The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in an interview broadcasted on Turkish TV on Tuesday.
