In response to an invitation from the President of the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), the School of Diplomacy sent a student delegation of undergraduate and graduate students to the ECOSOC Youth Forum on February 1 and 2. The theme of the youth forum was “Youth Taking Action to Implement the 2030 Agenda.”
The outcome of this event contributes to ECOSOC’s 2016 annual theme on “Implementing the Post-2015 Development Agenda: Moving from Commitments to Results” and will be conveyed to the ECOSOC High-level Segment in July.
Below are some of the tweets from our student delegation from the first day of the forum.
