According to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/articles\/c4gmr3z49lxo\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">BBC News<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, the E3 warned three weeks ago that they were prepared to restore the sanctions unless Iran agreed to a &#8220;diplomatic solution&#8221; by the end of August.
