Fantastic job, Lindsy. Your abstact is clear and informative. I particlualry liked your discussion of Housing First. Great job!
Lindsey: This was terrific! I am impressed with your emphasis on evidence-based approaches to homelessness and on the concept of homelessness prevention. I’m also glad that you articulated the important role a “housing first” policy can have on this grave societal issue. I’m proud of my student!
Great job, Lindsey! Very well done and so timely for what so many people are facing now.
I loved this topic! While in my field placement in an emergency shelter, it is critical they use the housing first approach to end people’s homelessness and get them into a stabilized living situation. I also loved how you mentioned motivational interviewing because that is such a key tool to engaging with clients and ensuring they are working towards their goal and accepting these new changes. Great job!
Great Job Lindsay! I love that you’re not just saying we need more housing but you’re asking that how we provide housing is more comprehensive and inclusive.
