Everyone is falling for a particular color this fall, the shade reigning the fashion industry is burgundy. This deep, rich hue, brimming with warmth, has taken over both runways and city streets, making it the undeniable \u201cit\u201d color of the season color. \u201cBurgundy has an air of understated elegance that is ideal for fall.\u201d It exudes sophistication.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 195px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i.pinimg.com\/564x\/bd\/8e\/f3\/bd8ef3ed7e196c7fb8939ccd89817386.jpg\" width=\"195\" height=\"347\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><strong>Burgundy Color Palette <em>(Photo Courtesy of Pinterest)<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>From runways to the streets of New York, to Milan or Paris, there\u2019s a deep appetite for burgundy. \u201cThe appetite for deep rouges is omnipresent. Across multiple cultures, red symbolizes power, strength, and fertility. When one wears red, they command attention, emanate confidence and beauty. Burgundy, while more subdued than a classic bright red, carries the same energy but in a more refined manner. \u201cIn many cultures, dark reds are associated with pomp, circumstance, and displays of power.&#8221; Red demands to be noticed and seen. Whether it be a red lip or a red accessory, it brightens up one\u2019s outfit instantly. \u201cThis burgundy or Bordeaux, to use the currently favored name for the hue \u2014 is cool. It speaks not of flame or flowers, but rather of blood and pomegranates.\u201d The shade is a perfect balance between being bold and timelessness. It is often incorporated as a statement peace to portray effortless chic.<\/p>\n<p>Fall is experiencing a transition of color that is knocking down traditional use. Burgundy transcended and made its way into high fashion. On the runways of iconic houses such as Gucci, Herm\u00e8s, and Tom Ford, burgundy leather\u2014both real and faux\u2014dominated collections, appearing in tailored skirts, bra tops, and nostalgic suiting. Burgundy\u2019s increased popularity this autumn confirms its standing as the season\u2019s must-have color.
