Tuesday the Yankees \u2014 and their fans \u2014will see Houston for the first time since their suspicions about them being cheaters were confirmed in a commissioner\u2019s report on their illegal, electronic sign stealing. The Yankees, who lost to the Astros in the 2017 and 2019 American League Championship Series, were furious in spring 2020 that Houston players went unpunished for the investigation and that they had a tainted World Series title.<\/p>\n

Aaron Judge said back in February 2020 “I just don\u2019t think it holds any value,” on Jose Altuve cheating and winning MVP, \u201cYou cheated. You didn\u2019t earn it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know about the time that\u2019s gone by or as far as it is an issue. We all have a memory so we can all remember what happened,\u201d Brett Gardner said. \u201cI think for us, the main thing is to play well against them and to beat them. That\u2019s the ultimate form of trying to get back at them or whatever you want to say is to come out here and continue to play good baseball and beat them and continue to look forward.<\/p>\n

Back in 2020 Astros were throwing out memes against the Yankees for alleging they were cheating.<\/p>\n
