Faculty teaching in the Synthesis course (NUTC 4019)\u00a0 are responsible for 9 hours of clinical instruction a week (the students earn 3 credits for the course (9 hours of clinical instruction). Currently, faculty are awarded 5 credits hours for the time they are engaged in clinical instruction. They are not compensated for the entire time they are engaged in clinical instruction. Amending the Faculty Guide will resolve the current inequity.<\/p>\n
