She graduated from Drexel University MSN program and University of Delaware BSN program. Roxanne is the current program director for an ANCC accredited nurse residency program and a nurse educator at Morristown Medical Center. Her interest in novice nurses\u2019 communication led to the exploration of the dissertation research topic. Roxanne is a past clinical faculty for Rutgers University ABSN program.
