security.\u00a0 The main features are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to three times the speed of the wired network, and six times the speed of the old wireless network when accessing on-campus resources.<\/li>\n<li>Improved \u201centerprise grade\u201d security and encryption.<\/li>\n<li>Device configuration is possible without IT\/Service Desk support.\u00a0 Logging into the network simply requires your PirateNet ID and Password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Windows XP and Vista operating systems, while they may work, will not be supported on this network.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shu.edu\/offices\/technology\/non-shu-domain-configuration.cfm\">Wireless Configuration for Non Seton Hall University-issued machine \u00bb<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.shu.edu\/offices\/technology\/mac-osx.cfm\">Mac OSX Wireless Configuration \u00bb<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.shu.edu\/offices\/technology\/iphone-ipad-wireless-configuration.cfm\">iPhone\/ iPad Wireless Configuration \u00bb<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.shu.edu\/offices\/technology\/android-wireless-configuration.cfm\">Android Wireless Configuration \u00bb<\/a><br \/>\n<a
