The National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF) was established in 2014 to create better collaboration across administrative fellowship sites, graduate health management programs, fellows, and students. NCAF established a \u201cCode of Good Practice,\u201d which includes uniform application and offer dates. Now NCAF has launched the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS), a centralized application service to allow NCAF administrative fellowship sites to manage applications more easily, while providing a streamlined application process for applicants. We believe NAFCAS will help transform access to these important opportunities for many early careerists who aspire to senior leadership roles in the profession of health management.<\/p>\n
