Neurocognitive impacts of brain injury&#8221;<\/a> at the March 2025 Eastern Psychological Association conference in New York, NY. The poster, presenting preliminary results from Rachel Gerrie&#8217;s honor&#8217;s thesis, examines how concussions impact impulsivity and decision-making. Using functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), the project investigates prefrontal cortical activity during decision-making.
