Space 154 Stories

Stories from Seton Hall community members that are using Space154

The professional staff of Housing & Residence Life recently had the opportunity for a team-building session in Space154 where we got to play with technology and create personally designed coins using the 3D printer.  Our entire staff benefited from the ability to learn Makerspace software and think creatively like a graphic designer or engineer would.  Riad led our team through learning the new software and navigated us through our unfamiliar journey with technology with a sense of humor.  Our staff enjoyed the colorful, comfortable setting of Space 154 and now know that such a fantastic, team-oriented space exists on campus!

I haven’t been to the Tech Tips in a while and when I came the other week for a Faculty Tech Bytes and saw the space my mind just went WOW!

~Meryl Picard, Assistant Professor, Occupational Therapy

I was very pleased by the assistance my students received in the two sessions we scheduled with Veronica Armour at the lab, and also by the technology that was recommended for them for their class digital humanities projects.

~Professor Marta Deyrup, CORE III: Walking the Sacred Labyrinth

I am very interested in attending the website design sessions from the 24th and happy that such a wonderful opportunity is available to students 🙂
