With this in mind, History Department faculty Dr. Kirsten Schultz and Dr. Anne Giblin Gedacht who provided their students with the opportunity not only to learn through classroom assignments, but also display their excellent work in two different displays located on the second floor of Walsh Library. These exhibits include information about various reference materials used in the course of their research efforts.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4576\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.edu\/libraries\/files\/2024\/05\/Summer-Image-4-250x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"258\" height=\"310\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.edu\/libraries\/files\/2024\/05\/Summer-Image-4-250x300.jpg 250w, https:\/\/blogs.shu.edu\/libraries\/files\/2024\/05\/Summer-Image-4.jpg 368w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 258px) 85vw, 258px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Giblin Gedacht taught the course: \u201cHistory of Food,\u201d and the results show a vibrant approach to the value of cuisine and its place in specific cultures worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Kirsten Schultz taught the course: \u201cIntroduction to Latin American Studies,\u201d and this class offered various book titles of note which highlighted their respective knowledge on detailed aspects associated with this region.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4575\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.edu\/libraries\/files\/2024\/05\/Summer-Image-3-207x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"227\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.edu\/libraries\/files\/2024\/05\/Summer-Image-3-207x300.jpg 207w, https:\/\/blogs.shu.edu\/libraries\/files\/2024\/05\/Summer-Image-3.jpg 306w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 227px) 85vw, 227px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leisure Reading<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The University Libraries has created a Leisure Collection of readings that showcases several interesting and inspirational titles. These books can be found in the Reference Section, located on the Second Floor of Walsh Library. An introduction about this initiative can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shu.edu\/news\/destress-over-spring-break-with-leisure-reading.html\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a> along with a link to our <a href=\"https:\/\/library.shu.edu\/library\/books\"><strong>SHU Search Book Catalog<\/strong><\/a> featuring print titles that can be checked out and will be ideal for vacation reading.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4574\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.edu\/libraries\/files\/2024\/05\/Summer-Image-2-300x172.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"351\" height=\"201\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.edu\/libraries\/files\/2024\/05\/Summer-Image-2-300x172.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.shu.edu\/libraries\/files\/2024\/05\/Summer-Image-2.jpg 639w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 351px) 85vw, 351px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Off-Campus Access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our electronic resources are available 24\/7 and 365 days a year for the Seton Hall community via our <a href=\"https:\/\/library.shu.edu\/library\/connect-off-campus\"><strong>Off-Campus Access<\/strong><\/a><strong> Site.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On-Campus Visitation &#8211; Summer Hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our electronic and print resources are also available to those who visit the University Libraries during our <a href=\"https:\/\/library.shu.edu\/library\/library-hours\"><strong>Hours of Operation<\/strong><\/a> over the Summer months.<\/p>\n<p>Need additional help through the University Libraries?
