All sessions will be recorded and shared.\u00a0 Please email <a href=\"mailto:data.services@shu.edu\">data.services@shu.edu<\/a> with questions.<\/p>\n<p>University Libraries Assistant Dean for Public Services, Lisa DeLuca remarks, \u201cUniversity Libraries has steadily increased the size of our Research Data Management team over the past three years to include six librarians across two campuses in South Orange and Nutley plus lead data analyst Samah Alshrief, PhD, \u201822.\u00a0 The team is led by Sharon Ince, Interim Assistant Dean of Information Technology and Collection Services and Assistant Dean DeLuca.<\/p>\n<p>The planning committee for Love Data Week includes librarians including Professor Michael Murphy who supports the value of this initiative: \u201cI\u2019m very excited by the mix of new and returning speakers and the breadth of topics being covered this year.\u201d Professor Murphy is the liaison to the School of Diplomacy and International Relations and the Department of Political Science &amp; Public Affairs.\u00a0 Professor Murphy also coordinates <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shu.edu\/diplomacy\/diplolab.cfm\">DiploLab<\/a>, a collaborative research space run by Dr. Joseph Huddleston.\u00a0 DiploLab allows students to explore their interests related to international relations, engage with faculty, and apply what they are learning beyond the classroom.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.edu\/researchdata\/2022\/03\/03\/love-data-week-2022\/\">2022 programs<\/a> include great presentations about <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/TQgNDm6ke7c\">Seton Hall\u2019s Collections Around the World<\/a> and conversations about <a href=\"https:\/\/studentshu-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/delucali_shu_edu\/Documents\/Data%20Ethics\">Data Ethics<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The University Libraries Research Data Management team presents SHU\u2019s 6th Annual Love Data Week, from Monday, February 13th to Friday, February 17th, 2023.
