Aquino<\/strong>, doctoral candidate, was accepted to present, &#8220;SSI\/SSDI in Postsecondary Education: Higher Education Institutional Enrollment Profile&#8221; at the 28th Annual Postsecondary Disability Training Institute (PTI). The conference is scheduled for June 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong>David M. Chapinski<\/strong>, doctoral student, has several recently published works:<br \/>\n&#8211; His academic paper, \u201c\u2019The West\u2019 and its discontents: Contemporary challenges to western dominance,\u201d was accepted for presentation and publication to the 46th Annual Conference of the International Society for the Comparative Study of Civilizations at Monmouth University. David plans to attend the conference from June 29-July 2, 2016, chaired by Dr. Laina Farhat-Holzman and directed by David Rosner, President of ISCSC.<br \/>\n&#8211; His double-blind reviewed paper, \u201cManaging creative people: Strategies on how to use the diverge\/converge technique to dramatically improve academic learning among college students,\u201d was accepted by the International Journal of Arts &amp; Sciences (IJAS)<br \/>\nConference for Education.\u00a0 He will present at Harvard University from May 23-27, 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guillermo A. de Veyga<\/strong> recently defended his dissertation titled \u201cHow variances in business school rankings affect enrollment trends and practices.\u201d Dr. Robert Kelchen mentored Guillermo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joe Fazari<\/strong>, alumni, has accepted the Director of Administrative Studies position at St. Peter&#8217;s University. In his new role, he will teach and develop an administrative studies program across multiple disciplines in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Components include developing a curriculum, building community partnerships, and overseeing internships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Eunyoung Kim, Taghreed A. Alhaddab, <\/strong>alumnus,<strong> Katherine C. Aquino, <\/strong>and<strong> Reema Negi<\/strong>, doctoral candidates, had an article accepted for publication by the Journal of International Students:<br \/>\nKim, E., Alhaddab, T.A., Aquino, K.A., &amp; Negi, R. (2016). Delaying academic tasks?: Predictors of academic procrastination<br \/>\namong Asian international students in American universities. Journal of International Students, 6(2).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jeff Levine<\/strong>, doctoral candidate, had an article accepted to be published in an upcoming issue of American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officer&#8217;s Strategic Enrollment Management Quarterly Journal titled &#8220;Board tensions and activist trustees: Current domestic cases and implications for the enrollment manager.&#8221;<br \/>\nYour name here!
