Whether you are preparing to return to school for the first time in years or you’re nearing the end of the program, sometimes you have a lot on your mind.
The Headspace app is available on the Apple and Google stores. Once it is downloaded, you can follow the directions to upgrade to a full one-year subscription courtesy of a SHU Dare to Care initiative.
The app has everything from background sounds to guided meditations and mindfulness. There is a section dedicated to sleep. Some are shorter, at 3 minutes in length, while others are longer. Some allow you to choose between different speaker’s voices.
