It is our pleasure to announce that, in addition to the growing number of translations of Glaspell&#8217;s work into French, Spanish, and German, we can now add that several of Glaspell&#8217;s works have been translated into Greek by Prof. Chloe Veriti.<\/p>\n<p>Educated in both Greece and London, Chloe Veriti currently lives in Nicosia, Cyprus where she is an educator, researcher, writer and translator. She began her professional career as a translator for the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation, and has been an educator for many years, also serving as an advisor for the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus. <span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">She has been researching, promoting, and translating Glaspell&#8217;s work since 2016, resulting in her publications in Greek of <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Alison&#8217;s House<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"> in 2020, followed by her 2021 adaptation of <em>Fugitive&#8217;s Return<\/em> as a play entitled <em>The Loom of Delphi,<\/em> then <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Trifles<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"> and <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 1rem\">The Outside<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"> in 2023. A<\/span>ll three are issued by Dodoni Publishers, Athens, Greece, founded in 1962 and renowned for its World Theatre series, which <span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"> features more than 250 plays by playwrights around the world. <\/span>Over the decades, Dodoni has become synonymous with theatre publishing in Greece, making it a particularly meaningful home for Glaspell translations.
