Dissertations, post-dissertation research and research proposals from non-tenured faculty are all welcome. RERI&#8217;s research priorities for 2013 are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance Measurement and Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Real Estate Equity Investment<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio Diversification &amp; Real Estate as an Asset Class<\/li>\n<li>Global Markets<\/li>\n<li>Property Market Fundamentals<\/li>\n<li>Mortgage-Backed Securities &amp; Collateralized Debt Obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Typical funding for proposals ranges from $10,000-$15,000, but exceptionally timely and unusually costly projects are eligible to receive more. Applications are due February 4, 2013.
